Deerwood Resort has a 200’ sand beach and Big Portage Lake has excellent water clarity - all ingredients for perfect swimming and water sports. Included for guest use are 1 rowboats, 3 kayaks, and 1 paddle boat. There is also a 60' pier available for guest boat docking. The other 40' T-shaped pier includes two benches and is strictly for swimming and small watercraft.
