RENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
We offer full management of your rental property, as well as a referral program. Each property is promoted and marketed via our website and other popular rental platforms such as Apartments.com and Zumper, through our office, social media and in printed media.
Full management program we provide the following:
- Work with rental inquiries online, over the phone or in person.
- Schedule showings and walk prospective tenants through the property.
- Receive and process rental applications, perform background and credit checks, verify income, and contact landlord and employment references
- Collect monthly rent – including conveniences such as online and credit/debit card payment options.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed according to the level of involvement desired by the property owner.
- Provide monthly accounting and owner payments
- Perform periodical property inspections as needed and prior to lease renewals.
- Mediate and negotiate tenant requests.
Referral program Services:
- Generate prospective tenants through aggressive marketing.
- Process rental applications for prospective tenants
- Conduct full credit checks, background checks, verify employment and income, as well as checking references.
- Schedule and conduct showings
- Sign a lease as agent of owner, but listing the Owner as Landlord going forward.
- Collect a security deposit to be turned over to the owner.
