Exclusive Rental Agreement

Through our Exclusive Rental Agreement, we will act as your exclusive representative to advertise and procure guests for your vacation rental properties. This agreement includes the following:

  • Provide an Owner Portal for viewing of calendar booking and blocking time the owner does not wish to rent.
  • Advertise via Lakeland Rental Management Software
    • Includes but is not limited to: Northwoods Navigator website, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Resorts and Lodges, Travel Wisconsin, and other channels.
    • Calendar updates that automatically sync with each channel.
  • Answer all inquiries and questions from potential guests.
  • Collect booking deposits and manage payment schedules for guests.
  • Provide check-in information to the guest prior to arrival. **Once a guest arrives the owner is responsible for all guest concerns**
